1. Think about your project and what you envision the final product to be.
2. Collect pictures and memorabilia if this is a custom album. For a pre-made album this is not necessary.
3. Complete the TSA Information Sheet and send or scan and email to: The Scrapbook Artist at 340 East Penn Drive #103, Enola PA 17025.

4. We will email you confirmation of the receipt of the information sheet. We will be able to estimate the number of pages and time it will take to  complete your album.
5. We will email you a scope of services and related fee letter which will outline your project in detail and specify costs.
6. Mail or scan and email the signed scope of services letter and client contract (unless already submitted) with 50% deposit.
7. We will email you confirmation of receipt of the signed letter and deposit and now work can begin.
8. Prepare pictures and memorabilia for sending to TSA.:

• Group pictures/memorabilia together (chronologically, by subject, etc.)
• Note names, dates, events, etc. on post-it notes on the back of each photo (write on note then stick to photo back)
• Try to answer as many as the “w” questions for each grouping and include on a paper for each grouping (names, actions, location, date, reason for action)
• Place each grouping in a zip lock bag and number the bags in whatever order they are to appear in the album

            For digital prints:

• You have many choices – you can upload them to an online printing service or send a CD. Either way, the cost of printing will be passed along to you and you will still need to note the pictures in the grouping – which is an easy thing to email to me.

9. Send pictures and memorabilia. We recommend sending duplicates and using reputable carriers with tracking capabilities only. Please send an email providing the tracking information.
10. Upon receipt, a final estimate and final completion date will be provided. When the deposit clears, work will begin.
11. Upon completion, estimated delivery date will be emailed and when payment is received in full, your album will be sent. Payment is not deposited until the album is sent.
